What’s included in the rent?
Rent typically covers the unit itself and any included appliances. Utilities, parking, and internet may or may not be included—please refer to the listing or lease terms.
Are utilities included?
Most units tenants cover their own utilities (electric, gas, water, and sewer). We'll confirm based on the specific property.
Is the unit furnished or unfurnished?
Most of our units are unfurnished unless otherwise stated.
Leases & Payments
What is the lease term?
Most of our lease terms are 12 months.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is typically equal to one month’s rent, but this may vary by unit and credit check results.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees may apply after a grace period, typically 5 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via our online tenant portal RentRedi and Zelle electronic payments.
Application Process
What’s required to apply?
A completed rental application, proof of income (e.g. pay stubs or offer letter), government-issued ID, and consent for a background/credit check.
Is there an application fee?
Yes, there is typically a non-refundable application fee per adult applicant to cover screening costs.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are processed within 1–3 business days.
Pets
Are pets allowed?
Many properties are pet-friendly, but restrictions on breed, size, or number may apply. A pet deposit or monthly pet rent may be required.
What’s the pet policy?
Policies vary by unit. Generally, we allow up to two pets per unit with a pet deposit and monthly fee. Proof of vaccinations may be requested.
